Kourtney Pinto has been working in the dental field for 22 years. She has achieved her Fellowship with the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) and is constantly learning new information through continuing education courses. Prior to starting her own dental billing company, she worked as an Office Manager in a private practice, which helped her focus on the challenges offices struggle with daily and create effective solutions. In her free time, Kourtney loves spending time with her, skiing, traveling, and camping.

With over 20 years in the dental field, I specialize in insurance claims and aging reports. I efficiently resolve outstanding claims and optimize collections to ensure financial stability for dental practices.

Working remotely, I use my expertise in dental insurance protocols and claim follow-up strategies to reduce aging accounts and improve cash flow. I'm detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing seamless support for timely reimbursements and accurate account reconciliation.

Skilled in dental software, claims processing, and insurance appeals, I streamline administrative workflows to enhance the financial health of dental practices.

In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, including her sons Leo and Xavier, her partner Mike, and her bonus children, Josh and Charlie.

Michelle has been working in the dental field since 1982.  From Dental Lab Technician, Dental Assistant and Office Manager.  She is happy to use her vast knowledge of Dental Insurance requirements to help out frustrated Front Desk - Office Managers.  "Been there Done That motto"

When not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and  grown family. She also loves traveling.   

Rijo is an experienced Insurance Aging & Claims Specialist with 9 years in the dental industry, beginning as a Dental Assistant and advancing through key roles including Treatment Coordinator, Insurance Coordinator, and Financial Coordinator. Proven expertise in aging reports, insurance claims processing, account reconciliation, and remote revenue cycle management. Known for streamlining operations, reducing outstanding claims, and ensuring accurate patient billing. Outside of work, I value time with family and friends.

Patty has over twenty years of experience in the dental field, I have cultivated a deep passion for dentistry, despite initially obtaining my license in practical nursing. I take pride in my family life, being happily married and a devoted mother to a daughter and a son, as well as a proud grandmother to three grandsons. my leisure time, I cherish moments spent with my family, enjoy taking walks with my husband and our dog, and delight in watching our grandsons participate in sports.

Melody Rodriguez brings her expertise as a Dental Claims Specialist to the Econcepts team. With a passion for accuracy and efficiency, Melody works tirelessly to ensure that claims are processed promptly and accurately, helping our clients achieve optimal revenue results.

With 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge to support our dentists and their practices. My background includes working with both major and regional carriers, primarily along the East Coast from North Carolina to Massachusetts, as well as other areas across the country. My expertise spans Network Development, Provider Relations, Utilization Management, and Quality Assurance. I am passionate about partnering with doctors who prioritize patient care and building successful practices.
